Hypertherm is a company that designs and manufactures industrial cutting systems and software used in a variety of industries, including shipbuilding, automotive, aerospace, and manufacturing. They are a 100% associates-owned they are known to go above and beyond for their customers and provide them peace of mind and quality above all.  

After the merger between Hypertherm and Omax, a new parent company called Hypertherm Associates was established, while keeping the two brands as separate technology brands.

Our task was to develop a design system for the new parent brand and also modify the sub-brands to have greater resemblance to each other.

Connection is an integral component of humanity. We are stronger, better beings when we collaborate. Hypertherm has always understood this as being a key aspect of their business. Moving forward together, breaking boundaries, shaping the future is part of Hypertherm’s DNA. We took what was already there and made it modular, giving space for collaboration and growth.

 
 
 

This new red represents a merge between the two colors of Omax and Hypertherm. Having a combined color theory not only speaks truth to where we stand as an inclusive brand, it also creates a complementary color that serves well to our line of products.
