With Bangkok's working families moving to the crowded city center to avoid rush hour, they no longer live in multi-generational households where elders handle household chores like cooking and cleaning. This has created a higher demand for services such as apartment cleaning and food delivery. With this in mind, I founded Tidy Nest, aiming to become the most customizable and reliable on-demand cleaning service in Thailand.

Within three years, we have been able to cover most areas of Bangkok, with a few exceptions. Now, with two drivers, two rented cars, and about 20 staff, we navigate through the small alleys of Bangkok to avoid peak traffic hours, implement a concrete cleaning task check-list to ease communication between cleaning staff and clients, perfect a system that allows for full service customization, and most importantly, I have grown a full-on passion for service that I never knew I had.

Among the many lessons that I have learned while running a company, I have gained insights into labor issues in Thailand and realized the importance of my duty as a small business owner to ensure that my employees have all the support they need for a well-balanced lifestyle. This realization has further fueled my passion for Tidy Nest, as I strive to not only provide reliable cleaning services, but also create an empowering and supportive system for my team. With this in mind, I am committed to continuously improving our operations and services to meet the evolving needs of our clients and employees alike.
